We always have the customer check their device before they pay so the can be rest assured that they are paying for the services they requested. If you feel like the part or service were not done right please contact us within 14 days from the initial repair day and we will try to make it right if we are at fault. Return or part replacement only applies if the product is brought back in the same condition as it was when handed back to the customer. If there are any breaks, cracks, water damage or any other damages to the part after the customer takes the device then the warrenty is void and does not qualify for a return or part replacement.
